Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated BBA Trainer to lead Pan India training initiatives within our BBA Channel. You will manage the learning and development objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions.
Ensure a superior learning experience by delivering training programs that improve sales metrics and aligning with business goals. You will also handle administrative tasks, maintain training records, and ensure 100% completion of Job Ready parameters.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of Business Banking experience, excellent English speaking skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
