You will manage recruiting searches by conducting intake meetings, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting phone screens.
As a vital part of our HR team, you will negotiate offers, maintain hiring metrics, and report hiring status to managers. We are looking for candidates with strong interviewing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for innovative recruiting strategies.
