Job Description
Capita is looking to hire an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will focus on delivering quality customer service while continuously improving service delivery. Your core activities will include responding to queries from Capita managers and employees through various channels, processing payroll transactions timely, and understanding pensions schemes to assist stakeholders.
Key responsibilities involve managing HR operations tasks within Workday, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting in content design and development.
Additionally, you will handle employee queries related to statutory compliance, Provident Fund (PF), and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
