Job Description
ICARE is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to enhance our customer support and service management. This full-time role involves effective customer interaction, coordinating service calls, and managing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log service requests and prioritize cases.
- Assign calls to engineers based on expertise and location.
- Maintain accurate service logs and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty replacements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT/Commerce/Management).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in English/Tamil are a must.
Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
