Location: Mumbai, Goregaon
Sunshine Manpower Solution And Services is seeking a dedicated Recruiter with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing job requirements, designing and implementing recruiting strategies, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of non-technical job functions, and the ability to conduct effective interviews. A degree in B.B.A, B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM, or M.Com is required.
Salary: ₹2,50,00 – ₹3,25,00 P.A.
