Job Description
Wavetree Networks Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate individuals for the position of ISP Customer Support Executive. This role is suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
Your key responsibilities will include providing support to the installation team, assisting clients with router configuration, and offering remote assistance. A basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wireless LAN, GPON) is essential.
