Job Description
RGAssociates is seeking DRA Certified Debt Recovery Agents for major banks including SBI, HDFC, YES BANK, and Kotak Mahindra Ltd. Responsibilities include monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and managing collections through calls and meetings.
This role offers full-time, part-time, or permanent positions with a salary range of ₹10,00.00 – ₹37,162.11 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and contributions to the Provident Fund.
Requirements: DRA certification is mandatory; in-person work location.
