Job Description

Join Imtibish Healthcare as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our MD in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft and manage communications including emails and reports.
• Organize meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project management and office operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
