Job Description
Ashok Mineral Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Office Executive & Assistant to support our COO. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining files and managing data on Excel sheets
- Following up with vendors and clients
- Assisting with phone calls and handling CEO communications
- Scheduling and booking flights
- Conducting initial HR interviews and maintaining employee files
- Overseeing attendance and housekeeping tasks
Requirements: Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and fluent English.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹9,794.81 – ₹25,00.00/month with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and paid time off.
