Job Description
Prochant India Private Limited is seeking dedicated candidates for the Voice Process position. Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers.
- Providing customer support and resolving their issues.
- Utilizing knowledge of products or services to effectively assist customers.
- Following communication scripts and procedures.
- Ensuring all interactions are recorded and documented accurately.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,117.29 – ₹42,489.12 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
