Location: Mumbai (Work from Office Only)

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM IST (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time)

We are on the lookout for experienced Customer Service Advisors to support our UK eCommerce operations. Responsibilities include managing email and phone inquiries, order processing via Shopify, and maintaining internal tracking systems.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in BPO or eCommerce customer service
- Proficient in Freshdesk/Zendesk
- Strong English communication skills
Salary: ₹360,00.00 – ₹420,00.00 per year
