Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Billing Associate to join our team at KG Cinemas. You will provide exceptional customer service and efficiently handle cash at the point of sale (POS). Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in suggestive and up-selling.
- Managing customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operating VISTA software to generate revenue.
- Independently handling the box office and concession areas.
- Maintaining machines at the box office and concession stands.
- Adhering to cash handling procedures.
This is a full-time position with a salary of ₹13,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month and food benefits. Work location is in person at KG Cinemas.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work in a Team
