ELK Education Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Client Success Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Interacting with clients and scholars pursuing their Masters or PhD.
- Coordinating with clients and scholars on a regular basis.
- Creating a high trust value proposition, helping clients understand our various service offerings.
- Resolving queries and providing quality inputs as per the defined turnaround time.
- Collaborating with other departments and following up regularly.
