Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management – Collaborate with counsellors and sales teams to enhance the application process.
- Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop intake plans and recruitment strategies.
- Sales & Business Development – Aid in lead conversion with updated information on universities and courses.
- Reporting & Data Analysis – Analyze reports on applications and student progress.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Coordinate with universities and agents for smooth operations.
- Problem-Solving & Crisis Management – Address escalations related to applications or student concerns.
Requirements: 2-3 years in study abroad consulting; Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields; strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,057.13 per month
