Job Description

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 (+Incentives)

HR BRO PLACEMENT SERVICES AND HR TRAINING is seeking a motivated Voice Process Executive. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Telugu/Kannada/Hindi and English
• Previous experience in voice process or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Willingness to work shifts if required

Job Type: Full-time
