We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage customer relationships for our residential projects. The candidate will ensure excellent customer satisfaction post-booking and handle documentation, payments, and queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for customers post-booking.
- Ensure accurate documentation and payment tracking.
- Coordinate site visits and handovers.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain CRM records and share updates.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
