Job Description
We are a Luxury Boutique Hotel located in South Delhi, seeking a skilled Front Office Executive to join our team of 35 staff members. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of guest interaction, handle requests and complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a star category hotel, fluency in English, and knowledge of computers and Hotel Logix software. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts, and preference will be given to those with their own transport.
We offer competitive compensation of ₹300,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 per year, benefits including paid leave, meals, and a performance bonus.
