Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates with experience in the Real Estate or Construction Industry. The Purchase Executive will manage supplier relations, procurement planning, order management, quality control, and cost management. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Forecasting material needs and implementing procurement strategies
- Preparing and processing purchase orders while tracking orders
- Ensuring quality standards and conducting inspections
- Analyzing costs and identifying savings opportunities
