Job Description
Guardian Management Services is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage our housekeeping staff. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and conducting regular inspections for quality assurance. You will manage inventory, order cleaning supplies, and coordinate with other hospital departments to maintain smooth operations.
Your tasks will also include monitoring staff performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly. We offer a full-time position with a salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹29,747.79 per month. Preferred shifts are day and morning.
