Job Description

Firstsource Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive in Finance to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax. As part of our global business process services team, you will be instrumental in ensuring payroll management and statutory compliance across our operations in India.

Your key responsibilities will include: managing payroll and statutory compliance audits, validating and reconciling statutory dues, overseeing Gratuity Trust Management, and conducting Mis Reporting on Payroll and compliance matters.
