Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Trainee with 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional. The ideal candidate should have implementation experience in at least two modules: Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll, with a minimum of three end-to-end implementations on these modules. Proficiency in relevant fast formulas is essential. The candidate should also possess experience in gathering requirements, building, documentation, and testing. Team collaboration is key, so a willingness to work effectively within a group is necessary.
