Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Jr. Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Smart Teach Services. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records.
Ideal candidates will possess strong English proficiency, experience with MS-Excel and MS-Office, and a determination to assist others in their career journeys. This is a contractual position for graduates (BCS/BCA/BSC IT) with 6 months to 1 year of experience, or those returning to the workforce.
Enjoy a flexible schedule and remote work environment. Compensation ranges from ₹10,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month.
