Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and transfer them to appropriate departments.
- Book, confirm, or reschedule appointments; notify relevant staff and send reminders.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and follow security protocols.
- Provide clerical support, manage office supplies, and maintain petty cash.
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal staff.
