Job Description
Concentrix, a technology-enabled global business services company based in Bangalore, India, is seeking a BI Associate (TCF) to enhance customer engagement and improve business performance. In this role, you will interact with clients daily, manage first-level escalations, and prepare engaging presentations.
Key responsibilities include creating interactive dashboards for clients, utilizing advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and working within a 24/7 environment across a five-day workweek. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
