Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Non-Voice Process position at MoSahaya. The job involves resolving customer queries via Email and Chat.
Candidates should have good written communication skills in English and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy. A basic understanding of customer support roles is essential.
This full-time role offers a fixed day shift and two rotational days off, located in Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore. Freshers are encouraged to apply, with a salary of INR 2.7 LPA for freshers and INR 3.2 LPA for experienced candidates.
