Job Description
Flomic Global Logistics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Import Customer Service representative to manage the end-to-end process of air and sea import shipments. Your responsibilities will include coordination with the consignee and co-loader to ensure smooth shipment movements, as well as tracking shipments and collaborating with our internal team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Incoterms and geographical knowledge, along with excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month.
Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, leave encashment, and provident fund.
Preferred Languages: English and Hindi.
