Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist in media plans and vendor management.
- Process sales orders and maintain CRM records.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel and basic PowerPoint skills.
- Preferred experience in the advertising industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
