Job Description
Servotech Renewable Power System Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, managing the entire talent lifecycle, and enhancing operational excellence within the HR function.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in renewable energy is a plus
