Job Description
Ford Motor Company is seeking a dedicated Freight Rate Verification Analyst to ensure the accuracy and validity of freight invoices, contracts, and rate agreements. The successful candidate will analyze freight bills, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce
- 2 – 3 years of experience in invoice verification/accounts payable process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Responsibilities include timely verification of freight invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting audits.
