Job Description
INDEL YAMAHA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our Service Center operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage service-related documentation, and coordinate effectively between departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain service records and customer details.
- Process warranty claims and invoices.
- Coordinate with service advisors and customers.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Prepare performance reports and handle customer queries.
- Support HR functions and maintain data accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,500.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
