Job Description
The Neotia University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Warden to ensure the safety and well-being of our students residing in the hostel.
Desired Candidate Profile: Any Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure discipline and safety of hostel students.
- Supervise daily routines and activities.
- Maintain a positive hostel environment.
- Coordinate with school authorities and parents.
- Maintain records and enforce policies.
- Willingness to stay on campus is required.
