Job Description
AKASA FINANCE LTD is seeking a motivated Field Collection Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through phone, email, or in-person visits to follow up on payments. Maintain records of collections and negotiations, and resolve billing disputes.
Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years in collections, strong negotiation skills, and a bike for fieldwork.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
