Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Female Service Coordinator at Orbit Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will coordinate and prepare bid submission documents, collate information from various sources, and ensure timely submission. You will also handle client inquiries, oversee job training for the client care team, and maintain service records.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in service coordination or customer service
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
