Job Description
SIB Operations and Services is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Thrissur. Qualifications include:
- Graduation in any stream
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in roles such as Receptionist, Front Office, or Customer Services, although freshers may also apply. The age limit is not exceeding 30 years.
Major responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, maintaining a call log, and sorting packages.
