Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BPO Hindi Call Center Representative to join our team at GURU EMPIRE CONSTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will manage a team of representatives offering exceptional customer support, overseeing the customer service process, and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include creating policies and procedures, planning training, and standardizing service delivery. You will also meet personal and team sales targets and handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
