Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintaining accurate ledgers and reconciling bank statements.
- Processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Preparing basic financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Tracking company expenses and petty cash.
- Filing tax documents and supporting tax preparation.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
