Job Description
VRO Hospitality is seeking talented chefs to join our team! We are currently hiring for the positions of Chef de Partie (CDP), De Partie Chef (DCDP), and Commis I, II, II specializing in Indian Tandoor cuisine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing meal ingredients, such as seasoning different meats and washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Preparing basic salads and sauces as instructed.
- Receiving deliveries, verifying quality, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Disposing of expired or spoiled food items.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are sanitized.
- Plating and presenting meal items beautifully.
