Job Description

In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer order-related inquiries, accurately manage orders using SAP ERP, and ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve workflows. Ideal candidates will have 4 to 8 years of experience in order management, a strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, and excellent analytical skills.
