Job Description
We, at Peak Performance Advisors (OPS) PVTLTD, are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Success Executive to join our team. This position is targeted towards female candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will possess strong English communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving successful product adoption.
Work mode: Hybrid in Palarivattom. Salary ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹25,00/month. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work from home.
