Job Description
BDV Private Limited is excited to announce openings for the position of Customer Support Executive in our Backend Process. This role is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed salary in a 100% work-from-office environment.
Designation: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Job Profile: Verify customer documents (UIDAI DQ).
Mandatory Criteria: Any graduate, freshers and experienced candidates welcomed. Hindi reading is essential for Bengali and Hindi candidates. English to Hindi translation is also required. Excellent customer orientation is a must.
