We at Vanitham Margin Free Supermarket are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kochalumoodu – Mavelikkara. This full-time position reports to the Store Manager and involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints
• Process sales transactions using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness in the service area
• Promote store products and services

Requirements: Minimum 10th pass, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
