Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our team at NIMS Hospital. The ideal candidate will respond to user service requests, troubleshoot problems, and assist with PC hardware, operating systems, and applications. Key responsibilities include conducting minor repairs, monitoring antivirus and backup systems, as well as documenting service activities.
