Job Description
Infosys Limited is seeking experienced experts to join our Global Compensation and Benefits portfolios. We invite applications for mid-management to SME level positions. Candidates must be motivated and ready to work in fast-paced teams, engaging with leadership to shape company policy.
Key responsibilities include managing executive remuneration portfolios, overseeing all aspects of Total Rewards for top executives, and designing compensation structures. Strong analytical skills and extensive experience in human resources are required.
Preferred candidates will hold an MBA from a top business school and possess 5 to 8 years of core compensation domain experience.
