Job Description
Join Marctory as a Talent Acquisition Intern! In this role, you will assist in sourcing and screening candidates to fulfill various client requirements. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a swift and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone/video.
- Maintain candidate trackers and reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-5 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹5,00.00 – ₹8,00.00 per month
