thyssenkrupp Materials IT Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Company Secretary Trainee. Responsibilities include providing company secretarial support, coordinating board meetings, ensuring legal compliance, and assisting in corporate documentation. You will liaise with stakeholders and conduct legal research.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in corporate legal roles and a Law Degree. Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory compliance is essential. This position is based in Thane, Mumbai, five days a week.
