Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Operations to enhance our operations at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and improving department KPIs such as dispatch target achievement and on-time delivery while ensuring defect-free delivery.
Key responsibilities include maintaining operational safety to prevent human injuries and vehicle damage in the stockyard, managing inventory efficiently, and optimizing stockyard parking space. Additionally, you will ensure that all operations adhere to Maruti Operating Standards and provide MIS reports to various stakeholders.
