Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated ServiceNow CMDB Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring data accuracy in the ServiceNow environment.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring CMDB data quality, supporting configuration item (CI) lifecycle management, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in ServiceNow is a must.
