Job Description
Roamsoft Technologies is seeking a motivated Operation Assistant to support our operations manager in daily tasks. Key responsibilities include reviewing company operations, developing process enhancement strategies, organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and assisting the HR department with recruiting and onboarding new employees. The candidate will also handle administrative tasks, communicate with customers and vendors, and answer interdepartmental questions.
