Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound Calls: Engage potential customers through cold calling.
- Inbound Calls: Assist customers with queries and provide necessary information.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Sales Closure: Persuade customers and close sales effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
Required skills: excellent communication, sales proficiency, and resilience. Full-time position with a monthly pay of ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00.
Preferred languages: Hindi and English. Work location is in person.
