Job Description:
Join our team as a Customer Care Executive, where you will resolve queries from institutions and investors about CKYC processes via emails and calls. Responsibilities include record amendments, documenting interactions, and liaising with business and IT support teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria: Graduates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred. Previous experience in a BPO/Call Centre/Helpdesk is necessary.
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits: Leave encashment, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
Work Location: In person, Day shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
